Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date — no questions asked.

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping

  • If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item — return shipping is on us, completely free.
  • If you're returning because you changed your mind or no longer need the item, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear after processing.

Restocking Fees

Items returned in their original, unused condition will receive a full refund. Items returned damaged, used, or missing original packaging may be subject to a partial refund or restocking fee.

Holiday Returns

Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31 of the following year.
